The Challenge

The Royal Mint needed a partner to help make a step-change in performance across procurement, sales, and manufacturing. Internal initiatives were not delivering at the pace required.

Our Solution

The Programme was structured into three modules: Procurement (consolidating suppliers and spend, introducing supplier management systems), Sales (new structure and product design process for targeting opportunities), and Manufacturing (productivity increases by removing bottlenecks, reducing downtime, better planning and improved control).
